Meet Kelly Brett
I am a busy working mom of two boys and married to my college sweetheart. I have spent over 20 years in the corporate world, many of those on the road and I understand first hand the challenges of balancing family, work, and self-care.
Through my experiences, I’ve learned valuable lessons about wellness, nutrition, and fitness that led me to getting a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification in all three areas.
